What kind of roller hockey stick is good for practicing off ice?

I don't want to ruin my ice hockey stick so I would rather use a roller hockey stick. Which ones are good for practicing off ice? Thanks.|||If it's sport court you can use your ice sticks.

On concrete / asphalt as long as it has an ABS blade you're good to go.

I typically use a composite shaft and interchangable blade. (Have yet to

find a tapered ABS blade however, so make sure it's a standard fit shaft)

A good, cheap disposable (wood) stick with such a blade is the Rbk 1K.

If you want to work on your slap shot, have a look for the Koho Crossover.|||http://www.rollerhockeymonkey.com/

they have everything you need!
