What are the rules in Manitoba Minor Hockey for playing a year down for a game?

I am a second year midget goaltender and I was wondering what the rules are for playing a bantam hockey game. My towns bantam hockey team has one goalie and if he gets hurt I was wondering if I could play for them.|||You definitely can't play down.|||Unless it has changed since I stopped playing, you can't play down an age group (but are allowed to play up an age group).
